INGREDIENTS

  • 3-4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp green chillies, chopped
  • 1 cup green beans, chopped
  • 1 cup green beans leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1-2 tbsp peanut, grated, Salt to taste, Water as required
  • FOR garnish
  • Peanutscrushed coarsely
  • Tomato slice

PREPARATION

    Heat a little oil in a pan and saute cumin seeds, chopped garlic and chopped green chillies in it.

    Add chopped green beans and beans leaves too and mix well.
  3. 3

    Add cumin powder and salt, mix well with a little water and let it cook.
  4. 4

    Before transferring to the serving plate, add a little peanut powder.
  5. 5

    Place the vegetable in a serving plate.
  6. 6

    Garnish with peanut powder and a tomato slice.
