INGREDIENTS

  • 4-5 chapatis
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp ginger and garlic, chopped
  • ¼ cup onions, sliced
  • ¼ cup red, yellow, and green bell peppers, julienned
  • ½ tsp black salt
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp butter
  • ¼ cup tomatoes
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp spring onion greens and coriander, chopped
  • 1 lemon wedge, juiced
  • FOR garnish
  • Coriander sprig

PREPARATION

    Stack the chapatis and roll them together.

    Slice them thinly to make the noodles.

    Heat oil in a pan and add chopped ginger and garlic.

    Cook for a minute.

    Add sliced onions, julienned bell peppers, black salt, red chilli powder, butter, julienned tomatoes, and soy sauce.

    Mix well.

    Cook for 2-3 minutes until the mixture reduces slightly.

    Add the chapati noodles and toss well.

    Cook for a minute and then add chopped spring onion greens and coriander.

    Serve the chapati noodles in a bowl and garnish with a coriander sprig.

    Serve hot.
