INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup white chocolate shavings
  • 5-6 tart shells
  • 2 boondi ladoos, frozen
  • FOR garnish
  • Few cherries

PREPARATION

    Melt white chocolate in a double boiler and keep stirring while it melts.
  2. 2

    Pour the molten chocolate in the tart moulds.
  3. 3

    Halve the frozen boondi ladoos and place in the tart moulds.
  4. 4

    Fill some white chocolate in a piping bag and drizzle over the ladoos.
  5. 5

    Halve the cherries and top the ladoos with one half of the cherries.
  6. 6

    Serve.
