INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp butter, Salt to taste, Raw papaya
  • 1tsp Ginger paste
  • 1tsp Garlic paste, Ghee as required
  • 2tsp Roasted Bengal gram flour
  • 1/2tsp Red chili powder
  • 1cup Minced chicken
  • 1/4tsp Mace powder

PREPARATION

    Take minced chicken in a plate.

    Add ginger paste, garlic paste, butter, red chilli powder, mace powder, roasted Bengal gram flour and salt.

    Mix the ingredients well.
  4. 4

    Refrigerate it for an hour.
  5. 5

    Make small round cutlets of the mixture.
  6. 6

    Heat ghee in the pan and fry the kebabs till they are golden brown.
  7. 7

    Place them on a tissue to absorb excess ghee.
  8. 8

    Awadhi Gulati Chicken Kebab is ready to serve.
