INGREDIENTS

  • FOR dough
  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • ½ cup low-fat margarine
  • 1 tbsp stevia
  • Cold water as required
  • FOR green apple filling
  • 1 green apple chopped
  • 4-5 prunes chopped
  • 1 tbsp Black raisins
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • FOR crumble
  • ½ cup oats
  • ¼ cup Wheat flour
  • 1-2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp low fat margarine
  • FOR garnish
  • icing sugar

PREPARATION

    In a bowl, knead a dough with wheat flour, low fat margarine, stevia, and cold water.

    Roll out a small portion of the dough.
  3. 3

    Trim the edges to form a rectangle.
  4. 4

    Place it on a zig-zag plate and trim the edges.
  5. 5

    Half-bake it in an oven for 10 to 12 min at 180 C.

    The shells are ready.

    For the apple filling, mix chopped green apple, prunes, black raisins, and brown sugar in a bowl.

    For the crumble, combine oats, wheat flour, brown sugar, and low-fat margarine in a bowl.

    Mix well.

    Fill the half-baked shells with the green apple filling and sprinkle crumble on it.

    Bake again for 8 to 10 min.

    Set aside for 5 min to cool the apple crumble.
