    For the rice paste: Grind boiled rice, water and curd in a mixer grinder.

    Grind them well.

    For the batter: In a mixing bowl, add gram flour, wheat flour, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, sugar, salt, chopped coriander, chopped green chillies, curd, the prepared grinded rice paste, baking soda and oil.

    Mix them well.

    Allow the batter to rest to 5 to 7 minutes.

    For the stuffing: In a mixing bowl, add corn, chopped tomatoes, green chutney, green chillies, salt and chopped coriander leaves.

    Mix them well.

    Heat a pan and pour a ladleful of batter and make small pancakes.
  9. 9

    Then, place the prepared stuffing at the center of the pancake and fold it.
  10. 10

    Place the pancakes onto a plate and serve it with Mango chunda.
  11. 11

    Garnish it with red chilli powder and garlic green stalk.
