INGREDIENTS

  • 250gm chicken (bone/boneless), 1 piece bay leaf, coriander seeds, soaf, 2- 3 cloves, 4-6 black pepper piece, onion(2 medium size), garlic 6-8 pieces, ginger 1 inch, fresh coriander leaves, 4-6 green chillies .

PREPARATION

    firstly, dry roast the ingredients(1 piece bay leaf, coriander seeds, soaf, 2- 3 cloves, 4-6 black pepper piece), now keep aside, secondly use 2 tsp of oil (any oiin a pan now add chopped onions , garlic, ginger, green chillie, and give it a good mix till mild brown in colouThirdly, now in a mixing jar add both the roasted and fried ingredients and make a smooth pastfourthly, add half cup( medium sizof oil and make it little warm and slowly add the masala paste into it and give a good mix, after 1 minute add the chicken, little turmeric , little red chillie powder(according to taste), pinch of sugar and salt to taste, cover for 5-8 minutes( for gravy add less then half cup for its good consistency), now the desi chicken is ready with beautiful garnishing with chopped coriander leaves.
