Deconstructed Caramel Apples
An easy dessert recipe for those who can't get enough of apples. These apples are infused with caramel syrup. Deconstructed Caramel Apples is a must-have dessert for all the dessert lovers.

  • 30 gms of brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp nutmeg powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 100 ml Hersheys Caramel Syrup
  • 2 Green Apples
  • 2 Red Apples
  • FOR For Garnish
  • 50 gms whipped cream

    Finely dice a whole green and red apple, and keep them in a bowl with lime water.

    This prevents them from turning brown.
  3. 3

    Take the remaining red and green apples, and slice off the ends to obtain a stable base.
  4. 4

    Use a round mould and cut a circle in the middle of the apples to obtain a hollow space.

    Keep it in the lime water bowl.

    In a bowl, mix brown sugar, cornflour, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, salt, vanilla essence, lemon juice and the caramel syrup.

    Add the chopped apples to the brown sugar mixture.

    Fill the stuffing in the hollowed apples.
  9. 9

    Cover them with the sliced apple and place them on a baking tray.
  10. 10

    Bake at 220 degrees for 8-10 mins.
