INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cup maida, 1/2 cup aata, 1/2 cup besan, 100 grm chop pineapple, 100 grm boil corn, 100 grm onion, 100 Pomogranet ,100 grm boil potato, 100 grm tometo,1teaspoon fennel seed, 1teaspoon jeera, 2 redchili ,1 teaspoons black paper, 100 grm dahi, 50 grm imli, 150 grm jaggry, salt ,chili flakes, see, Black salt.

PREPARATION

    For papri - all this flours aata , besan ,ghee ,salt mix well add water and make a dough.. Dough shouldn't be too hard or too soft.. Rest it 15 mint... Then roll it medium size then make hole on the top. And fry it...

    For imli chaatni:- take a pan pour imli pulp and add some water.. Thn add jaggery, 1/2 tea spoon salt, chili flakes. When chatni consistency is thick take it down.

    For vaja masala:- Cumin, fennel, dried chillies,black paper should be lightly fried in a dry pan.and blend it in mixer..

    All the veggies and fruits are chop small pieces.. Then take a papri put fruits vegetable and boil potato on it.. Then add yougrt imli chatni and sev .sprinkle some vaja masala and black salt on it.. Make it 3 layers of papri and serve it..
