INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Litre full Cream Milk
  • 250 Cream
  • 1 tsp Cream of Tartar
  • Saffron Strands soaked in milk
  • 2 tsp Castor sugar
  • 1 tsp Pistachio

HOW TO PREPARE DAULAT KI CHAAT

    Combine the milk cream, cream of tartar, saffron strands soaked in milk in large bowl and refrigerate overnight
  2. 2

    Then blend it till it gets frothy
  3. 3

    Remove the froth in small bowl
  4. 4

    Sprinkle castor sugar
  5. 5

    Garnish with pistachio.
