INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Litre full Cream Milk
  • 250 Cream
  • 1 tsp Cream of Tartar
  • Saffron Strands soaked in milk
  • 2 tsp Castor sugar
  • 1 tsp Pistachio

HOW TO PREPARE DAULAT KI CHAAT

    Combine the milk, cream, cream of tartar, saffron strands soaked in milk in large bowl and refrigerate overnight.

    then blend it till it gets frothy.
  3. 3

    remove the froth in small bowl, sprinkle castor sugar.
  4. 4

    garnish with pistachio.
