INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp ghee
  • 100 g cashewnuts
  • 200 g dates
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp ghee

HOW TO PREPARE DATES HALWA

    Fry few cashew nuts with ghee in a saucepan and keep it aside.

    Then, fry dates in the same saucepan and pour milk into it.
  3. 3

    Cook until the mixture of milk and dates thicken.
  4. 4

    Add powdered sugar, ghee, roasted cashew nuts and cardamom powder.
  5. 5

    Mix it well.
  6. 6

    Grease a tray with ghee and spread the mixture on it.
  7. 7

    Allow it to set for a while and cut them into the desired shapes and sizes.
