  • Daliya Salad:{1 cup soaked for 2 hrs broken wheat
  • 1 cup finely chopped mixed bell peppers
  • 1 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp finely chopped parsley
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • For Garnish:{Parsleyfinely chopped
  • curly lettuce}

HOW TO PREPARE DALIYA SALAD

    Add soaked broken wheat in bowl , Add chopped bell peppers , Chopped onions , Mix well , chopped garlic , chopped parsley , chopped coriander , add olive oil in mixture , black pepper powder , Salt to taste , Lemon Juice , for garnish chopped parsley , curly lettuce.
