- Daliya Salad 1 cup soaked for 2 hrs broken wheat
- 1 cup finely chopped mixed bell peppers
- 1 cup finely chopped onions
- 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
- 1 tsp finely chopped parsley
- 2 to 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
