INGREDIENTS

  • 4 tbsp clarified butter
  • 1 cup broken wheat
  • ½ cup grated jaggery
  • ½ tsp powdered cardamom
  • 1 tsp finely chopped pistachios
  • 1 tsp
  • water as required
  • For Garnish:Dry fruitsfinely chopped

HOW TO PREPARE DALIYA KA SHEERA

    Heat clarified butter in a pan and add broken wheat.

    Saute till the colour changes to dark brown.
  3. 3

    Add grated jaggery and allow it to melt completely.
  4. 4

    Add water and stir until the water is completely soaked.
  5. 5

    Add cardamom powder and finely chopped pistachios and almonds while you stir the sheera.

    Put off the flame.
  7. 7

    Serve hot in a bowl and garnish with dry fruits.
