INGREDIENTS

  • 1tsp water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp coffee powder
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup oil
  • ½ butter milk
  • 1 cup refined flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda

PREPARATION

    Step 1:- Preheat the oven/convection at 180°for 10 minutes. Step 2:- Take a bowl, add 1 tsp water, 1 tsp coffee powder and 1 tsp sugar.Mix well until it’s become fluffy and creamy. Step 3:- Now separate 2 tbsp whisked coffee mixture in a bowl (for frosting). Step 4:- Add ½ cup powdered sugar and ¼ cup oil. Mix well Step 5:- Add ½ cup butter milk (½ cup milk + ½ lemon juicwhisk and mix. Step 6:- Now sieve dry ingredients, 1 cup Maida and ½ tsp baking soda. Mix well. Step 7:- After getting smooth batter, pour batter in any microwave safe glass container or aluminum cake tin.Now bake it at 180°for 15-20 minutes until it is done. Step 8:- Take melted chocolates add separated 2 tbsp whisked coffee mixture and mix well. Step 9:- Now demould cake when cooled completely. Step 10:- pour the frosting and sprinkle some powdered sugar and garnish with some Choco chips. Enjoy!!.

    To melt chocolate take dairy milk Chocolate and homemade cream and by use of double boiler method melt it.
