INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • Clarified butter
  • 2 cups Wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp clarified butter
  • 1 Cup grated jaggery
  • water
  • Clarified butter
  • Cinnamon powder.

HOW TO PREPARE DALCHINI KI BHAKRI

    To a bowl add wheat flour, cinnamon powder clarified butter, grated jaggery and water to prepare a dough.

    Make small dumplings and roll them out.
  3. 3

    Apply clarified butter and sprinkle cocoa powder.
  4. 4

    Fold it into long strips to make three to four layers stretch the layer a bit to roll a circle and apply clarified butter in the end to let it stick.

    Roll out the folded dough again and cook on both sides in a hot pan.

    Apply clarified butter.
  7. 7

    Cut the bhakri into different shapes and garnish with clarified butter and cinnamon powder.
