- Leftover lentil one bowl
- Two bowl wheat flour
- 2 chopped green chili
- Ajwaine half spoon
- Chopped coriender
- First we will made dough and for this take a big bowl and add wheat flour leftover lentil, salt chopped green chili, hing, 2 TSP oil followed by chopped coriander and ajwain make a good dough and keep it on rest for 10 min.
- Heat pan on medium flame take small portion of dough and flatten it as per your choic Be it circular or triangula Put in Pan and do shallow frying with oil both the side.
- Serve hot with chutney or beaten mint curd.
