INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • ½ cup jaggery
  • ½ tsp Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp Almonds
  • 5 Dates
  • 2 tbsp Dry Coconut

HOW TO PREPARE DAL KA DULHA

  1. 1

    Soak cumin overnight, remove water and grind into a fine paste.
  2. 2

    in a pan warm ghee, cumin le it splutter, turmeric, grinded cumin paste and sauté.
  3. 3

    add grated jaggery chopped ginger, chopped cashew nuts, chopped almonds, chopped dates, grated coconut and sauté.
  4. 4

    when all the ingredients are cooked remove jarwani from the pan and serve.
