  • 100 gms Glass Noodles
  • 1 Chicken Breast (Sliced)
  • 2 inch Ginger
  • 5to6 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper (Small)
  • 1 Onion
  • 8to10 Dried Red Chilli
  • 1 Potato
  • 5to6 Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang Paste
  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Rice Syrup
  • As needed Water
  • To taste Salt
  • For Garnish Black Sesame Seeds
  • White Sesame Seeds
  • Alfa Alfa Sprouts
  • Bean Sprouts

    In a wok warm 2 tbsp oil, toss 8-10 dried red chillies to make chilli oil, remove the chillies and keep aside.

    In chilli oil add 5-6 crushed garlic cloves, 1 chicken breast, cook lightly and remove it in a bowl.
  3. 3

    In a bowl, add 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp gochujang paste, 2 tsp brown sugar, 2 tsp rice syrup, water as needed and make a sauce.

    In the wok add ginger julienne, 1 small-diced potato, 1 bell pepper, 1 onion, sauce and cook till potatoes are done.

    Add sautéed chicken, 5-6 mushroom, water as needed and cook.

    Soak 100 gms noodles in cold water till soft, add in the wok and mix it with all the ingredients.
  7. 7

    Serve Dakjjim in a bowl and garnish it with white and black sesame seeds, Alfa Alfa sprouts, crushed fried red chillies and bean sprouts.

    Dakjjim is ready to be served.
