INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp green chillies
  • ½ sliced onion
  • 5 button mushrooms
  • ½ red bell pepper chunks
  • 1 spring onion bulbs
  • 300 gm sliced chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • water
  • oil for brushing
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • Spring onion greens juliennes
  • roasted Sesame seeds

HOW TO PREPARE DAK BULGOGI

    Prepare a marinade by combining soy sauce sugar, water, ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies, sliced onion, mushrooms button, red bell pepper chunks, and spring onion bulbs.

    Slice the chicken breast into small pieces and coat well with the marinade.
  3. 3

    Drizzle some vegetable oil and mix again.
  4. 4

    Grill the marinated vegetables and chicken pieces.
  5. 5

    Meanwhile pour the leftover marinade in a pan and heat to thicken it.

    Brush some oil on the chicken pieces while grilling.

    Grill both sides.

    Make a bed of cooked rice in a serving plate.

    Top it with the grilled chicken and vegetables.
  10. 10

    Add some thickened sauce on top of dak bulgogi.
  11. 11

    Garnish with julienned spring onion greens and some roasted sesame seeds.
