INGREDIENTS

  • For Dahiwala Baingan: 5 tbsp oil
  • 1 large brinjal
  • yoghurt
  • black pepper powder
  • cumin powder
  • red chilli powder
  • chopped coriander

HOW TO PREPARE DAHIWALA BAINGAN

  1. 1

    Procedure to make Dahiwala Baingan: In a pan add oil and let it heat.
  2. 2

    Cut slices of Baingan and fry it in the oil until it turns golden from both the sides.
  3. 3

    Add them in a paper and drain out the excess oil.
  4. 4

    Add the fried Baingan on a plate.
  5. 5

    On the Baingan pieces add yoghurt.
  6. 6

    Add black pepper powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder.
  7. 7

    To garnish add finely chopped coriander leaves and Dahiwala Baingan is ready to serve.
