INGREDIENTS

  • 1 to 2 cups Yogurt
  • 1½ tbsp sugar
  • 1 to 2 tbsp Dry fruits
  • chopped
  • 2 to 3 Mint leaves
  • salt to taste
  • Cold water as required
  • For Garnish: Honey
  • Mint leaves
  • chopped dry fruits

HOW TO PREPARE DAHI MINT LASSI

    Take curd in a bowl.
  2. 2

    Add sugar chopped dry fruits, mint leaves and a pinch of salt.
  3. 3

    Mix well with a little cold water.
  4. 4

    Garnish a serving glass with honey.
  5. 5

    Put some chopped dry fruits and mint leaves in the glass.
  6. 6

    Pour the lassi into the glass.
  7. 7

    Add some more chopped dry fruits and mint leaves on the top of the lassi.
  8. 8

    Serve chilled.
