INGREDIENTS

  • 1 to 2 cups Yogurt
  • 1½ tbsp sugar
  • 1 to 2 tbsp Dry fruits
  • chopped
  • 2 to 3 Mint leaves
  • salt to taste
  • Cold water as required
  • For Garnish Honey
  • Mint leaves
  • chopped dry fruits

PREPARATION

    Take curd in a bowl. Add sugar chopped dry fruits, mint leaves and a pinch of salt. Mix well with a little cold water. Garnish a serving glass with honey. Put some chopped dry fruits and mint leaves in the glass. Pour the lassi into the glass. Add some more chopped dry fruits and mint leaves on the top of the lassi. Serve chilled.
