INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup desi ghee
  • 1/4 cup semolina
  • 1 cup hung curd
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • soaked saffron in 1 tbsp milk
  • mace powder
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder

PREPARATION

    In a pan, add desi ghee and let it heat. Add semolina and saute. Take it off the gas and add hung curd.

    Add brown sugar and mix it well. Add soaked saffron in milk and mix it well. Add mace powder and mix.
  3. 3

    Add rose water, cardamom powder and mix it well. Serve it in a glass. Garnish with pistachios and almonds.
