- 1/4 cup desi ghee
- 1/4 cup semolina
- 1 cup hung curd
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- soaked saffron in 1 tbsp milk
- mace powder
- 1 tsp rose water
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- In a pan, add desi ghee and let it heat. Add semolina and saute. Take it off the gas and add hung curd.
- Add brown sugar and mix it well. Add soaked saffron in milk and mix it well. Add mace powder and mix.
- Add rose water, cardamom powder and mix it well. Serve it in a glass. Garnish with pistachios and almonds.
