INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lotus stem boiled and chopped
  • 1 chopped green apple chopped
  • 4 to 5 cherry chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 radish finely sliced
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1½ cups pasta boiled
  • ½ cup curry leaves dressing
  • 4 to 5 spinach leaves
  • salt
  • Red grapes
  • pine nuts
  • red chilli powder
  • coriander leaves
  • black pepper powder
  • Crisp bread

HOW TO PREPARE CURRY PASTA SALAD

    Chop boiled lotus stem green apple, and cherry tomatoes.

    Finely slice radish.
  3. 3

    Transfer veggies to a bowl.
  4. 4

    Season with salt lemon juice, and little oil.
  5. 5

    Keep aside.
  6. 6

    In another bowl, combine boiled pasta with curry leaves dressing.

    Mix well.
  8. 8

    For plating, arrange spinach leaves in the serving plate.

    Sprinkle salt on the leaves and add dressing on the leaves.

    Transfer the dressing tossed pasta on the spinach leaves.

    Garnish salad with red grapes pine nuts, and red chilli powder.

    Arrange the marinated veggies in another plate.

    Garnish with coriander leaves.

    Sprinkle black pepper powder.
  15. 15

    Serve with crisp bread.
