INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 onions
  • 5 cups chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chicken curry powder
  • 1 cup chicken leftover
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 1 cup soy beans
  • black pepper powder
  • salt
  • 1 tsp cilantro leaves

PREPARATION

    In a non-stick cooking pot, add olive oil, chopped garlic, chopped onions, chicken stock, coconut milk, soy sauce, chicken curry powder, leftover cooked chicken. Stir it well.

    Add shredded cabbage, pre-cooked soybeans, black pepper powder and salt. Mix them well.

    Garnish it with chopped cilantro.
