  • FOR For Curried Mac N Cheese:3 tbsp Butter 2 tbsp Refined Flour Milk 3 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Garlic ½ Cup Onions 1 Cup Tomatoes salt red chilli powder 2 tbsp Tomato puree.; For Pasta:3 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tsp Cumin Seeds 200 gms Paneer 1 tbsp Butter salt 1 tsp Curry powder 100 gms Shredded Cheese 1 Cup Boiled Macaroni 2 tbsp Fresh Cream 2 tbsp Bread Crumbs.; For Papad:100 gms Shredded Cheese 4 to 5 tbsp Bread Crumbs

  • Red Chilli powder
  • Green Apple

    Procedure to make Curried Mac N Cheese: In a heated pan add butter, refined flour and mix it, Add milk and mix it well.

    In a frying pan add butter, olive oil, chopped garlic and onions and mix it.
  3. 3

    Add diced tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, tomato powder and mix it well.
  4. 4

    Add the chilli tomatoes in a bowl.
  5. 5

    In a frying pan add oil, cumin seeds.
  6. 6

    Dice the paneer and add it in the pan.
  7. 7

    Add butter, salt, curry powder, white sauce, salt, shredded cheese Mexican style.

    Add boiled macaroni, fresh cream, shredded cheese Mexican style and mix it well.

    On chilli tomatoes, add the mixture, bread crumbs, shredded cheese and bake it in the preheated oven for 5 - 7 minutes at 180' C.

    In a heated pan add shredded cheese Mexican style, bread crumbs and mix it and prepare a flatbread.

    Remove the mac n cheese from the oven.
  12. 12

    Cut the flatbread into slices and place it on the plate.

    To garnish, add red chilli powder, sliced green apple and Curried Mac N Cheese is ready to serve.
