INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup yogurt salted
  • 1 cup rice boiled
  • 1 tbsp clarified butter
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 2 Kashmiri chillies dried
  • 12 to 15 curry leaves

HOW TO PREPARE CURD RICE

    In a bowl combine salted yogurt and boiled rice.

    Mix well.
  3. 3

    For tempering, heat a pan with clarified butter.
  4. 4

    Add cumin seeds dried Kashmiri chillies, and curry leaves.
  5. 5

    In the serving dish, add the yogurt mixed rice and pour the tempering on top.
  6. 6

    Curd rice is ready.
