INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup yogurt salted
  • 1 cup rice boiled
  • 1 tbsp clarified butter
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • 2 Kashmiri chillies dried
  • 12 to 15 curry leaves

PREPARATION

    In a bowl combine salted yogurt and boiled rice. Mix well. For tempering, heat a pan with clarified butter. Add cumin seeds dried Kashmiri chillies, and curry leaves. In the serving dish, add the yogurt mixed rice and pour the tempering on top. Curd rice is ready.
