  • FOR Pani
  • Water
  • 1 to 2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 to 2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp tamarind date chutney
  • 1 to 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 7 to 8 Mint leaves
  • 1 cup cucumber juice
  • Black salt
  • FOR Puri
  • 4 to 5 puris
  • 4 to 5 tbsp boiled chickpeas
  • Chaat masala
  • roasted cumin powder
  • Black salt
  • Cucumber
  • Sev

    In a pan heat water.

    To the hot water add chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, tamarind date chutney, black salt, lemon juice, and mint leaves.

    Stir well.
  4. 4

    In a bowl pour some prepared water and add cucumber juice to it.
  5. 5

    Make a cavity in each puri to fill the stuffing.
  6. 6

    Fill the puris with boiled chickpeas chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, black salt, chopped cucumber, and sev.

    Pour the cucumber flavoured pani in a shot glass.
  8. 8

    Place the puri on the rim of the glass.
  9. 9

    Peel and deseed cucumbers to make cavity.
  10. 10

    Make a glass shape with the cucumber.
  11. 11

    Fill the cucumber flavoured water in this and place another puri on top.
  12. 12

    Garnish with mint leaves.
