INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Bananas
  • 300 ml Orange Juice
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 50 gms Raisins
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Rum
  • 2 Walnut
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Mint Leaves.

HOW TO PREPARE CUBAN BANANA CASSEROLE

    Reduce the Orange juice in a pan.
  2. 2

    In another pan, melt unsalted butter, add raisins and let it puff up.
  3. 3

    Add chopped bananas and cook till crust is formed.
  4. 4

    Add brown sugar and let it caramelize.
  5. 5

    Add the reduced orange juice, rum, chopped walnuts in the pan and cook it.
  6. 6

    Garnish With vanilla ice cream and mint leaves.
