If you love seafood, then you will surely love this Crusted Fish recipe shared by Chef Pankaj Bhadouria. In this recipe, she coats fish fillets with her unique spicy masala which creates a flavour-packed crust. The fish fillets fried in an air fryer are crunchy, spicy and tasty.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 fish pieces
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 cup kadai masala
  • oil
  • curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 2 dry red chillies
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrot
  • 3 tbsp frozen peas
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 cup couscous
  • water

HOW TO PREPARE CRUSTED FISH

    In a tray, add fish, lemon juice, salt as per taste and leave it to marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. 2

    In a plate, add kadai masala and coat the fish in the mixture. Add the fish in the air fryer, drizzle oil and cook it on 200'C for 10 minutes.
  3. 3

    In a heated pan, add oil, curry leaves, mustard seeds, dry red chillies and mix it. Add chopped carrot, frozen peas and saute. Add salt as per taste, couscous and mix it. Add water as required and let it boil.

    On a plate, add ring mould and add couscous in it. Add the fish over it. Garnish with dry red chilli, green coriander and serve.
