INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp green chillies
  • 2 tsp ketchup
  • salt
  • ½ cup wafers
  • 2 tbsp refined flour
  • water
  • oil for frying
  • Small papad fried
  • Coriander leaves

HOW TO PREPARE CRUNCHY CRACKERS

    In a bowl combine cottage cheese, chopped garlic cloves, chopped green chillies, ketchup, salt, and wafers.

    Mix it well.

    Make small balls from the mixture.

    In a small bowl, dissolve refined flour in water and coat the balls in this mixture.

    Heat oil for frying.

    Deep fry crackers until golden brown and drain excess oil with a tissue paper.

    In the serving plate, arrange the small fried papad first and then place the crackers on it.

    Garnish with coriander leaves.
