In a bowl combine cottage cheese, chopped garlic cloves, chopped green chillies, ketchup, salt, and wafers. Mix it well. Make small balls from the mixture. In a small bowl, dissolve refined flour in water and coat the balls in this mixture. Heat oil for frying. Deep fry crackers until golden brown and drain excess oil with a tissue paper. In the serving plate, arrange the small fried papad first and then place the crackers on it. Garnish with coriander leaves.
