  • ½ cup pearl millet flour
  • ½ cup refined flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 3 to 4 tbsp almond powder
  • ½ cup chocolate flakes
  • salt

    In a bowl mix pearl millet flour with equal quantity of refined flour.

    Add baking powder and salt.
  3. 3

    Mix well and keep aside.
  4. 4

    In another bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, and butter.
  5. 5

    Add the flour mixture and mix well to prepare a dough.
  6. 6

    Place the dough on an aluminium foil and flatten it.
  7. 7

    Add some chocolate chips almond powder, and chocolate flakes.
  8. 8

    Roll the flattened dough along with the aluminium foil carefully.
  9. 9

    Pinch the sides of the foil to seal the ends.
  10. 10

    Refrigerate the roll until it is set.
  11. 11

    Once set, cut the roll into pieces and discard the aluminium foil.

    Arrange the biscuits in a baking dish and bake in a pre heated oven for 15 min at 180 C.

    Transfer the cookies to the serving plate.
