  • 2 cup full-cream milk
  • 4 bread slices
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp mango pulp
  • 2 tbsp strawberry pulp

HOW TO PREPARE CRISPY SHAHI TUKDA

    Heat the full-cream milk.

    Stir until thick.

    Add sugar and the cardamom powder.

    Stir well.

    Place the Rabdi in a bowl.

    Cut the bread slices into squares.

    Heat the oil in a pan and deep-fry the bread slices until golden brown.

    Arrange the bread slices on the skewers.

    Pour the Rabdi into two separate bowls.

    Add the mango pulp and strawberry pulp to each of the bowls respectively.

    Mix well.

    Serve the Rabdi, mango Rabdi and strawberry Rabdi, with the bread slices on skewer sticks.
