  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 5 to 6 curly lettuce
  • 5 to 6 iceberg lettuce
  • 1 tsp caper berries
  • 1 piece chicken
  • grilled
  • 5 to 7 cherry tomatoes
  • 5 to 7 black olives
  • 8 to 10 green olives
  • For Garnish: olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Parsley
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Croutons baked using garlic butter

    For the salad dressing mix mayonnaise, chopped garlic and parsley.

    In a large mixing bowl, add adequate salad dressing and hand torn curly and iceberg lettuce.

    Mix well using two wooden spoons.

    Add caper berries and mix again.
  5. 5

    Diagonally slice the grilled chicken piece.

    In the serving plate, arrange the salad.

    For the toppings add cherry tomatoes, black olives, green olives and a few capers to the bowl containing the salad dressing.

    Mix well.

    Place this topping on the arranged salad as well as around it.

    Garnish with slices of grilled chicken.

    Drizzle some olive oil on the chicken slices.

    Sprinkle salt on the salad and chicken.

    Garnish the chicken with some parsley.

    Garnish the salad with grated Parmesan cheese and bread croutons.
