  • 3 lady’s fingers
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp chopped green chilli
  • 2 tbsp gram flour
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • oil as required
  • 3 nos ladyfingers
  • 4-5 nos wanton sheets
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • refined flour batter
  • red chilli powder
  • For Garnish:
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Sweet Soy Sauce
  • green chutney
  • 1tsp sesame seeds

    Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds, chopped garlic, chopped green chillies, gram flour and saute well.

    Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, oil and mix again.

    Bhindi stuffing is ready Slit the ladies finger and stuff them with the gram flour.

    Shred the wonton sheets and transfer them to a bowl and add cornflour Make a cornflour and water slurry.

    Coat the stuffed ladies finger with the slurry and roll them in dry wonton mixture Deep-fry the ladies fingers until golden.

    Sprinkle red chilli powder Serve the fried ladies finger with sweet soy sauce, sesame seeds and green chutney.
