Preparation time 15min and 6-7 hrs for caramel to set. Plan it in time.
- 1 egg, 1 tsp yeast, 250ml milk, pinch of salt, 2tsp sugar, 100gm sugar, 25gm unsalted butter
- In a pan add 100gm sugar and 2 tsp water to caramalize until the mix is thick and golden in coloThis might take around 12-15 miOnce done pour it in a regular coffee mug and see the mixture settinIn another bowl take one egg and mix in 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp dry yeast soaked in 2tsp warm milk(this would have activated the yeast). Mix it all and add couple of drops vanilla essence and add 200gm slightly warm milOnce mixed pour the made mix in the earlier caramelized sugar muCover the mug with foil and place the mug in boiling water for 12-15min for the mix to be prepared by steam methoOnce done, check that the liquid it steamed well and inserting a tooth pick would show that nothing is stickinWhen you are it's done, place the mug in refrigerator to set for at least 6-7 hr.
- When you are ready to plate, take toothpick to clear from sides and turn the mug upside down for the caramel to slide down graduallYou can decorate with fruits of your choice to add color to your plate.
