INGREDIENTS

  • For Creamy Corn & Spinach: 1 tsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Wheat Flour
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • 2 tsp Garlic
  • Spinach
  • ½ Bowl American Corn
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

HOW TO PREPARE CREAMY CORN & SPINACH

    Procedure to make Creamy Corn & Spinach: Heat butter in a pan.

    Add some whole wheat flour to this.
  3. 3

    When the flour turns slightly golden, add some milk into the pan.
  4. 4

    Mix well and keep aside.
  5. 5

    Add some more butter on top of the mixture.
  6. 6

    Heat another pan with some butter.
  7. 7

    Add chopped garlic, chopped spinach leaves and blanched American corn.
  8. 8

    Mix well.
  9. 9

    Add the corn-spinach mix in the white sauce.

    Add a pinch of salt and some crushed black pepper.

    Mix again.

    Transfer this to a serving plate.

    Garnish it with garlic bread.
