INGREDIENTS

  • FOR White Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp whole wheat flour
  • ½ cup milk
  • FOR Corn and Spinach
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1bunch spinach leaves chopped
  • ½ cup American corn blanched
  • Crushed black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • FOR Garnish
  • Garlic bread

HOW TO PREPARE CREAMED CORN & SPINACH

    Heat butter on a pan.
  2. 2

    Add some whole wheat flour to this.
  3. 3

    When the flour becomes golden colour pour a little milk into this.
  4. 4

    Mix well and keep aside.
  5. 5

    Add some more butter on top of the mixture.
  6. 6

    Heat another pan with some butter.
  7. 7

    Add chopped garlic chopped spinach leaves and blanched American corn.
  8. 8

    Mix well.
  9. 9

    Add the corn spinach mix in the white sauce.
  10. 10

    Add a pinch of salt and some crushed black pepper.
  11. 11

    Mix again.
  12. 12

    Transfer this to a serving plate.
  13. 13

    Garnish it with garlic bread.
