INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Cream, 4 Eggs Yolks, A pinch of Vanilla Beans, 1 cup Sugar, 2 cup Castor sugar.

HOW TO PREPARE CRèME BRULEE

    In a pan boil Cream.

    ; Add Vanilla Beans.
  3. 3

    ; Whisk 4 Eggs Yolks.
  4. 4

    ; Add whisked Eggs, Sugar and mix well.
  5. 5

    ; Pure the mixture in jars and close the lid.
  6. 6

    ; Place the jar in boiling water and cook for 4 hours.
  7. 7

    ; Keep the jars in freeze.
  8. 8

    ; Add Sugar on top and caramelize with blowtorch.
