INGREDIENTS

  • Cottage Cheese (Panee: 100 grams
  • Processed Cheese : 80 grams
  • Chilly Flakes : 1 tbsp
  • Coriendar : 10 grams
  • Sweet Corns : 40 grams
  • Black Pepper Powder : 1tsp
  • Spring Roll Sheets : 6 pcs
  • Spring Onions : 5 grams
  • Ketchup : 3tbsp
  • Flour 2tbsp
  • Oil to Deep Fry.

PREPARATION

    Take a Bowl.

    Add in Grated Cottage Cheese (Paneer).
  3. 3

    Add in Grated Processed Cheese.
  4. 4

    Add Chilly Flakes.
  5. 5

    Add chopped Coriander.
  6. 6

    Add boiled Sweet Corns.
  7. 7

    Add Pepper Powder.
  8. 8

    Mix the ingredients all together.
  9. 9

    Take a spring roll sheet.
  10. 10

    Take a small bowl, add in flour and 30ml water, and make flour Slury out of it.

    Brush the edges with the Slury.
  12. 12

    Place the mixture in the middle of the Sheet.

    Roll the Sheet, and make Spring Rolls.
  14. 14

    Heat oil for deep frying in a Pan.
  15. 15

    When the oil is heated, add in the Spring Rolls.
  16. 16

    Fry them for 6-7 minutes on medium flame.
  17. 17

    Serve the Spring Rolls with Tomato Ketchu.
  18. 18

    Garnish with Shredded Spring Onions.
