Cottage Cheese Mini Pizza

Small in size yet big on taste, this mini pizza topped with melted cheese makes for a delicious appetiser.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup refined flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp activated yeast
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ tsp nigella seeds
  • Melon seeds
  • For Garnish Lemon wedge
  • Mint sprig
  • For Serving black Tea

HOW TO PREPARE COTTAGE CHEESE MINI PIZZA

  1. 1

    Finely chop tomato and spinach leaves.
  2. 2

    Heat olive oil in a pan.
  3. 3

    Saute chopped garlic and chopped onion.
  4. 4

    When the colour of onion becomes slightly brown add chopped tomato and chopped capsicum.
  5. 5

    Add blanched American corns.
  6. 6

    Finally add the chopped spinach leaves.
  7. 7

    Add a little salt, red chilli powder and crumbled cottage cheese.
  8. 8

    Mix well and keep the mixture aside.
  9. 9

    Using a round cutter, cut the bread slices.
  10. 10

    Spread butter on one side of each slices.
  11. 11

    Heat another pan.
  12. 12

    Place the butter spread bread on the pan and toast.
  13. 13

    After toasting, take them out of the pan.
  14. 14

    Place the cottage cheese mixture on the top.
  15. 15

    Add grated processed cheese on the top of the cottage cheese mixture.
  16. 16

    Place it again on the pan.
  17. 17

    Cover it so that the processed cheese on the top gets melted.
  18. 18

    Transfer it to a plate and serve after garnishing with cherry tomatoes.
