  • 1½ cups Refined flour
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar, Freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste, Warm water as required
  • ½ cup prunes, chopped lengthwise
  • ½ cup Sweet corn kernels, boiled
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1
  • ½ cup fresh cream
  • ½ cup cheese, Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • FOR garnish
  • fresh cream
  • nutmeg powder
  • Prunesliced
  • Sweet corn kernelsboiled
  • Olive oil

    Prepare a soft dough on the kitchen platform or in a large bowl, with refined flour, icing sugar, black pepper and salt and warm water as required.

    Spread the dough, smear some butter onto it and fold both ends of the dough at the centre.
  3. 3

    Dust some refined flour on the dough and using a rolling pin, roll out the dough fairly thin.
  4. 4

    Grease the pie dish with some olive oil and shift the rolled out dough carefully onto the pie dish and press it so as to cover the edges and insides.

    Ensure there is no air and remove the excess dough from the edges of the pie dish.

    Spread boiled sweet corn kernels and prunes (chopped vertically) on the pie base.
  7. 7

    Sprinkle a little cinnamon powder onto it and add chopped onions, cut lengthwise.

    Pour fresh cream evenly on the pie.

    and add grated cheese.

    Place baking stones in the cooking pot, put the pie dish on them and cover the pot.
  11. 11

    Let the pie bake for 20 to 22 minutes.

    Remove the lid of the pot, extract the pie from the pie dish and cut it into triangular pieces.

    Serve in a plate, with fresh cream, nutmeg powder, sliced prune, sweet corn kernels and olive oil, for garnish.
