INGREDIENTS

  • 1 chopped green apple
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 8 to 9 almonds
  • 1 cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 watermelon
  • Few mint leaves
  • 1 tsp tamarind paste
  • 1 cup corn flakes
  • Sugar as required
  • butter
  • 1 banana halved lengthwise
  • 1 orange halved
  • For Garnish: Mint sprigs

HOW TO PREPARE CORN FLAKES BHEL

    In a bowl mix chopped green apple, lemon juice, soaked and chopped almonds, pomegranate seeds, roasted cumin seeds, chaat masala, chopped watermelon, mint leaves, tamarind paste, and corn flakes.

    For accompaniment, sprinkle sugar on banana and orange.

    In a pan, heat butter and place the slit banana and orange (coated in sugar) and caramelise.
  4. 4

    Serve corn flakes bhel with caramelised banana and orange.
  5. 5

    Garnish with mint leaves.
