INGREDIENTS

  • 3 baby corns
  • 1 red chilli
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 5 to 6 tbsp oil
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Sweet corn kernels
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 4 tbsp cottage grated cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 to 5 green cardamoms
  • Corn silk
  • salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper to taste
  • For Chai :water as required

HOW TO PREPARE CORN CHAI WITH SHIRRED EGGS

    Chop the baby corns fresh red chilli, garlic, and ginger.

    In a pan, heat oil and add chopped garlic, red chilli, ginger, and baby corns.

    Add sweet corn kernels salt, crushed black pepper powder, and chopped parsley.

    Toss well.

    Fill the mixture in ramekins (small ceramic bowls used for baking) and add grated cottage cheese.

    Add an egg to each bowl and sprinkle some salt and crushed black pepper powder Pre heat an oven at 180 200 C.

    Bake the shirred eggs for 5 to 6 min.

    In a teapot, pour water.
  9. 9

    Add green cardamoms and corn silk.
  10. 10

    Boil the corn tea.
  11. 11

    Serve corn chai and shirred eggs with dhokla and popcorn.
