INGREDIENTS

  • Fruit chat Papaya
  • watermelon
  • Muskmelon
  • Pineapple
  • 1 cup mixed fruits finely chopped
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • Yogurt
  • Tamarind chutney
  • black salt to taste
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • For Garnish:Sev

HOW TO PREPARE COOL FRUIT CHAAT

    Chop papaya watermelon, muskmelon, and pineapple into big chunks.

    Scoop out the centre of these fruits with the help of a scooper, making a small cavity.

    Sprinkle chaat masala on the finely chopped mixed fruits (strawberry, papaya, orange, and kiwi) and stuff them in the cavities.

    Add some yogurt and tamarind chutney.
  5. 5

    Sprinkle black salt and top with pomegranate seeds.
  6. 6

    Garnish with sev and finely chopped coriander.
  7. 7

    Serve.
