INGREDIENTS

  • ½ tsp butter
  • ¼ cup onions
  • ¼ cup broccoli
  • ¼ cup cauliflower
  • ½ cup red bell pepper
  • ½ cup yellow bell pepper
  • salt
  • 1 cup rice water

HOW TO PREPARE COLOURFUL CASSEROLE

    In a non stick pan melt butter, add finely chopped onions, broccoli, broccoli, and red and yellow bell pepper, salt, and rice water.

    Mix and let it cook well.
  3. 3

    Mash the vegetables with a masher in the pan itself.
  4. 4

    Cook the vegetables until the mixture thickens.
  5. 5

    Transfer casserole to a medium sized bowl.
  6. 6

    Serve.
