  • 1 cup Soaked Rice
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 cup Grated Coconut
  • ½ cup Roasted Coconut flakes
  • 1 cup Coconut Cream
  • A pinch of Vanilla Beans
  • All purpose Flour Dough
  • 1 Vanilla Pod
  • Cherry.

HOW TO PREPARE COCONUT RICE PUDDING

  1. 1

    In a bowl, add soaked Rice, Honey, Grated Coconut, Roasted Coconut flakes, Coconut Cream, Vanilla Beans and mix well.

    Pure the mixture in pot.
  3. 3

    Stick All purpose Flour Dough and apply water on it.
  4. 4

    Close the lid.
  5. 5

    Put the pot in boiling water.
  6. 6

    cook for 25-30 minutes.
  7. 7

    Add Oil to water.
  8. 8

    In another zip lock bag add fresh Cherries, 1 Vanilla Pod, honey and close the seal.
  9. 9

    Put the zip lock bag in boiling water.
  10. 10

    cook for 5-7 minutes.
  11. 11

    Serve with Cherry mixture.
  12. 12

    Garnish with fresh Cherry.
