Take some refined flour in a bowl and add a little baking powder sugar and a pinch of salt. Prepare a dough by mixing it with a little clarified butter and coconut milk. Dust the dough with refined flour and flatten the dough with a roller. Cut the flattened dough into medium sized rectangular shapes. Grease each piece with coconut milk. Join the edges of the rectangles of each piece together and seal them. On a pan, heat oil and fry these puffs until they turn brown. Once fried transfer them to a serving dish. Sprinkle some icing sugar on the top and drizzle maple syrup on them to make the puffs more appealing.
