INGREDIENTS

  • Brown or white mushrooms - 3 finely sliced
  • Baby corns - 1 finely julienned
  • Butter or Olive oil - Half teaspoon
  • Garlic- 4 Finely chopped
  • Salt & Pepper - to taste
  • Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
  • Coconut milk - Thick 1 cup

PREPARATION

    👉Step 1: Heat the Pan,add butter and wait till butter melts.Keep Flame in medium.

    👉Step 2:Add garlic and onion and saute till they brown,now add turmeric.Now Add mushrooms and baby corns saute for 3 mins or till they cook.

    Add coconut milk,wait for soup to turn warm,switch off flame.Serve with salt and pepper as per your choice.

    Adding Babycorn is optional.
