  • Cooked Quinoa 1Cup
  • Fresh Mango pulp 2 Cups
  • Fresh scraped coconut 1Cup
  • Coconut milk 2cups
  • Sugar 1/2 Cup
  • Sliced Almond and Pistachios 1tbsp
  • Few Saffron strands
  • Cardamom powder 1teaspoon
  • Khoya 1tablespoon
  • 1tablespoon Ghee

    Heat nonstick pan.

    Add ghee, cooked quinoa and roast for 2 min.
  3. 3

    Add scraped fresh coconut and roast it for another 2 min.
  4. 4

    Add coconut milk, stir well.
  5. 5

    Cover it for 5 min.

    Now add Alphanso Mango pulp , Sugar , and Cardmom powder ,khoya mix well till get nice semithick consistency.

    Add sliced Almonds and Pistachios and saffron . mix well.

    Serve in serving bowls and keep in the refrigerator to set.

    Add some almond pista and saffron for garnish.

    Serve chilled.
